Geographical, architectural, or other aesthetic features that surround us everyday affect the way we interact, explore, and experience our environment. Whether it’s what we see passing out the window on our way to work, the backyard, or the places we trek off the beaten path; geographies become personal and wonderfully distorted in our memories and interpretations. The paper sculptures in In-Between 73rd Street deconstruct certain elements emerging from the Inspiration Studios Gallery and surrounding area while melding them into new dramatically textured spaces.
